10. Refund Policy

10.1 Subscription Refunds
  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if no certificates have been issued or managed through the platform.

10.2 Certificate Fees
  • Digital Signature Certificate fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued by the certifying authority.
  • In case of application rejection by the certifying authority, the certificate fee will be refunded after deducting any processing charges.
10.3 Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

10.4 Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds in special circumstances at our sole discretion. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
